Clear guidelines for refunds on our budget analysis programs and services
1 General Refund Terms
At ConnectivityGenius, we want you to feel confident about your
investment in our budget analysis programs. We offer refunds within
specific timeframes and conditions outlined below.
Important: All refund requests must be submitted in
writing to [email protected] with your enrollment
details and reason for the refund request.
2 Eligibility Criteria
- A Course refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment for programs that haven't started
- B Partial refunds may be considered within 7 days after program commencement
- C No refunds after completing more than 25% of course materials
- D One-on-one consultation sessions can be refunded if cancelled 48 hours in advance
- E Digital resources and downloaded materials are non-refundable once accessed

enrollment details. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business
days.

Our team reviews your request within 5-7 business days. We may
contact you for additional information during this period.

You'll receive written notification of our decision via email,
including next steps if approved.

Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days back to
your original payment method.
4 Payment Method Specifics
Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit Cards: 7-10 business days after processing
- Bank Transfers: 10-14 business days depending on your bank
- Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days for most providers
Please note that international transactions may take longer due to
currency conversion and banking processes.
5 Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of medical
emergencies, family crises, or other extraordinary circumstances, we
may consider refund requests outside our standard policy.

requests require supporting documentation and are reviewed on a
case-by-case basis by our management team.
Corporate training programs and custom educational packages have
separate refund terms outlined in individual service agreements.
