1 General Refund Terms

At ConnectivityGenius, we want you to feel confident about your investment in our budget analysis programs. We offer refunds within specific timeframes and conditions outlined below.
Important: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request.

2 Eligibility Criteria

  • A Course refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment for programs that haven't started
  • B Partial refunds may be considered within 7 days after program commencement
  • C No refunds after completing more than 25% of course materials
  • D One-on-one consultation sessions can be refunded if cancelled 48 hours in advance
  • E Digital resources and downloaded materials are non-refundable once accessed

Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days back to your original payment method.

4 Payment Method Specifics

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method:
  • Credit Cards: 7-10 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfers: 10-14 business days depending on your bank
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days for most providers
Please note that international transactions may take longer due to currency conversion and banking processes.

5 Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family crises, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy.
Documentation Required: Special circumstance requests require supporting documentation and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.
Corporate training programs and custom educational packages have separate refund terms outlined in individual service agreements.
